About Me: As Executive Director of our vibrant assisted living community, I’m dedicated to ensuring every aspect of daily life runs seamlessly. From leading a talented team and managing operations to fostering a culture that puts residents at the heart of everything we do, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone feels truly at home.

Experience: With more than a decade of leadership in senior living, I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams, strengthening operations, and cultivating caring communities where residents and families feel confident and connected. What drives me most is making a meaningful impact and building spaces that people are proud and excited to be part of.

Education: I hold an Associate’s degree in Marketing Management, which equips me with a creative and strategic lens for leadership. Whether it’s shaping culture, enhancing resident engagement, or finding innovative ways to elevate daily life, I enjoy blending strategy with compassion.

Outside the Office: When I’m not at the community, you can usually find me outdoors—hiking, snowboarding, or running. I also treasure time with my wife, family, and friends, whose support and inspiration fuel my passion for both work and life.

About Me: As the Business Office Manager, I handle the day-to-day financial operations to keep everything running smoothly. From managing accounts receivable and payable to ensuring payroll accuracy, my goal is to support both the residents and the team by keeping the office organized and efficient.

Experience: With over 15 years of experience in skilled nursing facilities and an oral surgery office, I’ve developed a strong background in office management. I’m detail-oriented and dedicated to making sure everything is in order.

Education: I hold an Associate’s degree in Accounting, which helps me manage all the financial tasks with precision and efficiency.

Outside the Office: Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, beach combing, walking my dog, and solving puzzles. I also love to travel when I get the chance to explore new places.
